Review of urban plan and bylaws for city of Sept-Îles

Location: Sept-îles (Quebec)

The city of Sept-Îles located in the Duplessis region of the North Shore is the main pole of social and economic development for the Sept-Rivières RCM. Following the merger of Sept-Îles with the municipalities of Gallix and Moisie, the Sept-Îles municipal council wished to develop modern planning tools in conformance with Sept-Rivières RCM’s revised development plan and a new local vision shared by the municipalities. We worked with the Sept-Îles municipal council, on revising the city’s urban plan and bylaws.
