Development of strategic development vision for Chertsey

Location: Chertsey (Quebec)

In the lead up to revising its urban plan and bylaws, the municipality of Chertsey decided to embark on a strategic re-thinking of the entire municipality. The mandate incorporated an analysis of some of Chertsey’s distinguishing features from a demographic, socio-economic and spatial point of view, an appreciation of the city’s development potential and constraints, and the identification of key development issues.
